Hosted by Yuna Earth at the serene Shanti Space in Portugal, this immersive experience is designed to awaken your inner voice, harmonize your energy & reconnect you with the sacred feminine through a blend of alchemy sound healing, vocal activation, ancient ritual, sensual movement & mindful yoga flow and dance.
Through powerful healing frequencies, gong baths & vocal toning workshops, you’ll unlock deep layers of emotional & energetic blockages and find a place of deep rest. The retreat weaves together ancient practices sacred sensuality & feminine embodiment rituals with the transformative power of sound, offering a profound recalibration for mind, body & soul.

On this Retreat we will explore:
Sacred Feminine Practices: Engage in women’s circles, sacred ceremonies & dance journeys, grounding you in ancient feminine wisdom & nurturing your spirit.
Vocal Activation: Explore voice as a tool for healing & empowerment through vocal toning, mantra & chanting. Connect to your creativity & the way in which you express yourself in this world, through your heart space & as a true channel of your authentic frequency.
Sound Healing Journeys: Experience transformative Shamanic sound baths & gong meditations designed to harmonize the body, mind & spirit. These journeys are intuitively guided to clear blockages, open space within yourself, bring you back to your truth & attune you to your highest vibration. Find Deep Inner Resonance.
Sacred Sexuality: You’ll be gently guided through the sacred waters of feminine sexuality & womb work through reconnecting with your own sensuality, weaving rituals & practices, drawn from both ancient practices such as tantra, & modern sciences. We will honour the divine feminine and explore the real power of awakened sexual energy & flow.
Connection to Your Intimate Self: An opportunity to be in communion with your inner world & practice beautiful self care as well as receive loving kindness.
Embodiment Practices: We will explore the body, emotions & spirit through somatic experiences, guided by the potent wisdom of the physical being.
Yoga Arts: Yoga, both asana & more, will be enjoyed as a practice to open the body, prepare us for other rituals as well as a tool for deep rest. During these days you will receive a combination of vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, restorative, guided meditation & more.

Yuna Earth - Natasha Moutran
Yuna is a Singer Songwriter, Transformational Facilitator & Shamanic Energy & Sound Healer, having spent most of her adult life combining her passion of personal development, healing & music. Trained as a 500hr Yoga Teacher, meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner, Certified Health Coach (IIN), and Sacred Sexuality Practitioner. Having began her spiritual journey as a child, Yuna started meditating age 9, practicing yoga age 13 & always felt a call to the mystical realms. In her early twenties she set about her teaching journey, going on to study amongst some of the worlds leading teachers eventually becoming a 1000hr Yoga Teacher. Yuna co-founded The Retreat Collection in 2014 and continues to facilitate retreats worldwide supporting individuals to transform & awaken to their innate power & truest expression.
Through her work & music, she ignites people to embody their purpose, awaken their power, liberate their voice & sexuality and become open channels of inspiration & true authenticity.
She believes that the body is a vessel of our greatest power, the home to our essence, spirit, expression & inner wisdom. Now a mother, partner, entrepreneur, angel investor, musician, healer and facilitator, Yuna even more than ever calls upon her decades of experience, knowledge & connection to her intuition as a guiding force to live a beautiful, authentic life fully in her feminine (& masculine) power.
This retreat was birthed from a place of desire to share a merging of her medicine that she is here to share & truly support women to find their brightest version of themselves.

About The Venue:
Nestled in a beautiful woodland valley, only half an hour from Lisbon and fifteen minutes from Ericeira beach, The Shanti Space is a nourishing family-run sanctuary for retreat, to rest and restore well-being whilst bathed in the loving embrace of nature. Cocooned in a forest this venue offers the perfect sanctuary for our retreat.With a variety of rooms available, gorgeous shala space, outdoor chill out areas and plenty of cosy corners, the Shanti Space will be our perfect home as a tribe for this week.
